Jonathan King studied as an undergraduate at Kansas State University, where he completed a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007. He earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California Berkeley in 2012, under the direction of Prof. Jeffrey Reimer. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the College of Chemistry at UC Berkeley/Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, a position he has held since 2013.
